Fees for Private Candidates
Fees are established annually by Pearson, with private candidates getting their own specific pricing. To find the fees for the Oct/Nov 2025 exam season, click the button below.
If extra costs are required for special accommodation or assessment for external subjects, these costs fall to the candidate.
Some subjects might be charged differently, according to the exam procedures. Exam availability must also be confirmed and validated by the Exams Department via email.

Online Exams: Pearson Remote Invigilation
At BGA, we understand that not every Learner thrives in a traditional exam setting. That’s why we’re pleased to offer Remote Invigilation Exams — an option that allows Learners to sit Pearson exams* from home, under online supervision.
Why this matters?
Being able to take exams from home offers a more flexible and supportive environment that can make a real difference in both performance and well-being. For some Learners, sitting an exam in a busy exam centre can be overwhelming, especially for those who experience emotional challenges such as anxiety or panic disorder. Others may face logistical difficulties, like lack of local access to an exam centre, safety concerns, or family responsibilities that make travel difficult. While this option does come at a higher cost, it has the potential to be a game-changer for Learners who need a different kind of exam experience.
